If you’ve ever struggled with certain poses—feeling stuck, uncomfortable, or unsure if you’re “doing it right”—our Foundations and Fundamentals Workshops are for you! We break things down step by step, helping you find stability, confidence, and maybe even a new appreciation for the pose. We'll build a strong foundations to rise to new heights and master advanced poses. Let's rise to new heights!

Using the wall, props, and hands-on adjustments, understand when and how to use props for support and how harness your breath. You'll FEEL the alignment and create more ease and depth in your practice. 

This next session is on April 20 at 2pm. We’ll explore flexion, extension, and backbends with a focus on:

Uttanasana (Forward Fold) – Find space and length in your hamstrings and spine.

Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Dog)Learn how subtle shifts can take weight out of your wrists and bring more balance to the pose.

Ustrasana (Camel Pose) – Discover how proper alignment and breath can unlock openness in your backbends.

🔹 Class size is limited to 10 students to allow for individualized instruction, hands-on support, and Q&A time.

Strong alignment is the key to a safe and sustainable yoga practice, and confidence comes from truly understanding how to move with stability and ease. Our Foundations & Fundamentals Workshop Series is designed to help you refine your practice by breaking down essential postures with a focus on proper alignment, breath control, and body awareness.

Each session will dive into a specific group of foundational poses, using walls, props, and hands-on adjustments (for those comfortable) to help you FEEL the alignment in your body. You’ll learn how to engage the right muscles, stack your joints for support, and move with precision—so you can step onto your mat with greater confidence and strength.

This workshop is perfect for all levels—whether you’re new to yoga, refining your technique, or looking to rebuild a strong foundation. With small class sizes (limited to 10 students), you’ll receive individualized guidance to help you master key postures and transitions with clarity.

Session 2: April 20 - Flexion, Extension & Backbends

Uttanasana, Down Dog, Ustrasana – Deepen your spinal mobility and open the heart.

Session 3: May 5 - The Art of Balance

Utthita Hasta Padangustasana, Natarajasana, Warrior III, Dhanurasana – Strengthen focus and stability.

Session 4: June 8 - Twists & Spinal Mobility

Trikonasana, Parivrtta Trikonasana, Parsvottanasana, Matsyendrasana – Detoxify, lengthen, and energize.

Session 5: July 13 - Inversions

Shoulderstand, Headstand, Pincha Mayurasana – Learn safe and strong ways to go upside down.

Session 6: August 17 - Mastering Vinyasa

Urdhva Hastasana to Chaturanga, Sun Salutation A vs. B, Breath & Flow –Refine your transitions and move with intention.
