    • Crow Pose (Bakasana): Build the foundation for balance with this essential pose.

    • Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana): Add a twist (literally!) as you explore stability and strength.

    • Eight-Angle Pose (Astavakrasana): Challenge your body and mind with this dynamic, full-body balance.

Are you curious about your alignment in a pose? Should you use blocks in Parsvakonasana or strap in Dancer’s Pose? Not sure when to modify, when to go deeper, or if you are in alignment?

Our 5-week Foundations & Fundamentals workshop returns in March. This workshop delves deeper into the alignment of some of popular yoga poses. Each of these workshops will hone in on 2-3 poses per session. We will use walls, props, and (for those comfortable with it) hands-on adjustments and hold the poses so you can FEEL the alignment. You will learn to use your breath throughout the practice and understanding the fundamentals and building strong foundations carry into all yoga poses and will enable you to take your practice to another level! Cost is $150 for all 5 or $30 per workshop. Please note that each week builds on the week(s) previous however feel free to drop in on any of the dates.

Classes will be limited to 8 students to allow for individualized instruction, adjustments, and Q&As. This workshop is great for all levels to strengthen your practice with renewed alignment and awareness - taking your practice to a whole new level.
